A garden-home courtyard and a hilltop custom lot need very different plans. In tight spaces we make every square foot usable and easy to keep up. On view lots we frame the view, handle the slope and light the space for evenings outside. All of it is designed to fit Cresta Bella’s HOA guidelines, and we’ll provide the details for approval.
